Ahmad Joubir “Kohistani” a competent International Law Analyst with broad knowledge and research on human rights, globalization and international law, contemporary issues in international & comparative law ,complex interactions of the nations, the role of interconnections of the nations (challenges and opportunities), violation and victims of war in conflict societies, values of war downgrading and peace building in the region (South and Middle Asia), roles of international law in maintaining of secure society and the importance of peace and justice in development of the nations. In addition. He is the co-founder of youth organization at Kapisa Province of Afghanistan and fellow with many other organization promoting youth and peace building for Afghan citizens. . also he has held various significant roles, including serving as a Technical Advisor at the Ministry of Education in Kapisa Province from 2019 to 2021, an Advisor at Ministry of economy in the Department of Monitoring and Evaluation of Non-Emirati NGOs in 2023. He possesses a great knowledge in rule of law and states’ relation building, dynamic and vital elements of contemporary principles of international law and the role of geo-economics and geopolitics plays for state’s development. He holds his bachelor degree in Law from Kashan University and master degree in International Law from Qum University of Iran with outstanding marks. He has done a number of research papers, which were published on Iranian law and international relation publications and journals and currently resides in Kabul, Afghanistan.
