In order to strengthen empathy, learn more about different cultures, and create a friendly atmosphere among colleagues, a cultural day centered on Chinese cuisine was held. In this program, my colleagues and I worked together to prepare and eat traditional Chinese dishes, and we used this opportunity to exchange experiences and better understand each other's food culture.
This activity was held in a friendly and happy atmosphere and played an effective role in increasing the spirit of cooperation, mutual respect, and understanding of cultural diversity among colleagues. Holding such programs can be a positive step towards strengthening work and social relationships.
